Alexandre Gagliano is the founder of ITroCX and a Scaling Up Certified Coach. Alex has created the " Hyper Growth Experience" inspired by the scaling up methodology in order to serve ambitious entrepreneurs and high growth companies.
He's helping them deliver an outstanding employees experience by building high-performing teams, create an amazing Customer Experience and ensure they have identify their strategic goals and execute their plan. In order to Scale, a company needs to focus on the Experience. Alexandre divided it in six pillars : Employee Experience, Customer Experience, Strategy Experience, Process Experience, Technology Experience and Cash Experience. Alexandre speaks French, Italian and English and he's able to support his clients in those 3 languages. He offers his experience to help companies from 1M to 250M Turnover to scale more quickly with less drama. In parallel, he has built a masterclass for young entrepreneurs looking to create a strong company from scratch.


Professional Highlights
Before becoming an international certified scaling up coach, Alexandre Gagliano started his career in the telco industry where he built a company from scratch and grew up to 20 FTE. Despites an amazing start, after 4 years, the company did a Bankruptcy. A personal note from Alex: “ At that time, I was young and sure that I’ll be successful without the support of anybody. I learned from my mistakes and today I can tell that this Experience was the best MBA I never had.”
He continued his journey in the Software industry where he Joined SAP, Oracle and Infor as Sales manager before becoming head of Sales and VP of Sales. He spent his entire Software career in the Customer Experience Line of Business. During this period, he helped companies like Hermes, Audemars Piguet, Airbus, Arcelor Mittal, Dassault, to digitalize their company by delivering the best customer experience. He created “the A.S of Sales” ( A.S = Art and Sciences) and he’s considered as one of the best Sales guy of his generation.

Personal Highlights
Alexandre is a sport addict. During his college period, he was a basketball player from the Belgian national team where he learned the discipline and the focus to be successful.
He’s also a big snowboard fan and tries to be on the slopes as much as possible. Mountain gives him the energy and the freedom he’s always looking for.
During his free time, Alex goes to the gym, plays guitar and spends time with his children and wife around the world.
