"As a result of working with Andrew, I've learned so much, and one thing that really sticks out is being able to write a process for the studio. Music can be very much all over the place and that's how I was operating. But when I started working with Andrew, it became this thing where I had to really write out the steps for how a studio operates. And now, I have a game plan that I can bring to schools or engage with other members and it makes me feel confident"
