About
Anna Chojnacka is an expert in building and growing highly result-oriented organizations. Her personal motto is: ‘Transcendent to be the best’. She developed an ‘adapt & thrive’ approach to help you and your teams develop and execute a growth mindset that is not only highly purpose-driven as well as human-centric. Success that comes at the cost of (your own personal) health or at the expense of our world, is afterall a pyrrhic victory.
The annual programs Scalupp.com offers, combine the proven Scaling up method with Power skills such as (self) accountability and personal and team effectiveness. While the Scaling up method serves as a operating system to choose and monitor the desired growth drives, Power Skills fuel the behavioral change needed to speed up the envisioned rapid improvements further. Implementing a successful recruitment processes, mastering design thinking, OKR’s and KPI’s trainings for management teams are offered as well and integrated at need.
With the help of the my.scalupp implementation platform and the guidance of your Scaleupp coach ‘focusing on the main thing’ becomes a habit. Together we choose minimalistic data sets to successfully drive and manage the progress towards the desired growth in a structured and transparent way.
The outcome? Focus, alignment and predictable growth. And above all: the space to enjoy the ride!
The annual programs are offered in English Dutch and Polish. Anna has worked with more than 50 companies throughout Europe (a.o. Netherlands, France, Poland, Sweden and Monaco).
