About
After graduating with an undergrad degree in Cermaic Engineering, Bob spent 18 years in roles of escalating complexity within a variety of manufacturing processes and markets. Since launching Apex, he has broadened his work to include a wide range of markets (Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Software Development), which allows him to borrow best practices from a wide range of sources to help solve client challenges.

The experience of leading multiple organizations and owning multiple businesses helps Bob sit along side business leaders to help them clearly define their most important issues, build plans to address them, and design mechanisms to track the execution of those plans. While none of this is 'rocket science', having a trusted advisor and confidant during turbulent times greatly increases both the liklihood of sucess and the enjoyment experienced while going through the process.

Bob's purpose for this coaching work is to encourage and build relationships with dynamic, learning leaders so that they can experience a more comprehensive and abundant life. That 'Why' is achieved by working together to find the path to More Time, More Fun, and More Financial Success

Professional Highlights
After leading a number of (public and private) business units and start ups, Bob transitioned to a solo-preneur in 2008. After an initial focus on turnarounds, Apex and Scaling Up came together in 2017, leading to a shift to a coaching model and a focus on organizations seeking world class concepts and execution in scaling.
