About
Brian Keegan was founder and CEO of a global outsource payroll company that he started in 1998 from a one bed flat in Earl’s Court, London, and went through the start-up, grow-up, break-up, fix-up, scale-up , sell-up cycle. Taking the company to 6 offices in the UK and Ireland, a data-processing centre in India and a £60 million annual revenue, payrolling IT, Telecoms, Oil and Gas contractors in 32 different countries. He puts much of his success down to being a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and as his company grew to a larger corporation, joined Young Presidents Organization (YPO). In 2006 he was accepted onto the Entrepreneurial Masters Progam at MIT, where he was introduced to the Scaling Up methodology by Verne Harnish (then called the Rockefeller Habits). He brought the methodology back to his company which enabled him to eventually sell in 2018. Brian is a father of 4 and husband of 1 , enjoys rearing cattle, goats and dogs. In his professional time he devotes himself to helping leaders of mid-sized growth companies and their teams learn from his mistakes and his experience, and teaches them how to adopt the Scaling Up methodology. Brian was the founder and President of EO (Ireland). He is also a Keynote Speaker on everything entrepreneurial and runs a business retreat center called The Redwood Academy, where business leaders and their teams come to learn and grow.

In my experience of large and small business, it is rare to find a resource who has the combination that Brian brings to the table. Without being critical of others, many consultants and business coaches focus on the strategic issues and leave the operational issues to yourself. Working with Brian will suit you if you want to work on your strategy and vision but could do with some assistance on implementing the strategy in the real world of your business and all its moving parts.
