Her business journey began early, inspired in her early teens by seeing her father building a business from the ground up to over 220 employees. By her late teens, Carly had already launched her own retail storefront in Santa Monica as well as a wholesale skincare business cementing her ambition with business leadership and innovation. Based in Southern California, in her free time she focuses on her family, yoga practice, boxing and enjoys the outdoors as well boating, scuba diving, and photography, pursuits that keep her grounded and connected to her creative side.
