Raised in North Dakota, I expressed a strong entrepreneurial spirit at an early age. I earned an undergraduate and Masters in Economics from North Dakota State University and traded commodities early in my career. I have always had an eye for potential optimization - what could and should be. Founded The Rainmaker Group in 2001 with the Purpose of helping People, Leaders, Teams and Companies build their Economic Moats - the ultimate competitive advantage.

Personal Highlights
Married for 31 years to my high school sweetheart with two grown children and one grandchild. Life does not get much better than that!
