As a scale-up catalyst, Cleo is a passionate and dynamic business coach who relishes being engaged in the success of her fellow entrepreneurs. In addition to being a senior certified Scaling Up Coach since 2009, Cleo is an author, translator, publisher, speaker, train-the-trainer and an authority on entrepreneurship in the French-speaking world.
Cleo’s purpose is to accompany entrepreneurs on the path to hypergrowth through the implementation of best-in-class business practices from around the world. With her exceptional clarity of vision, contagious energy and enthusiasm, she is skilled at mobilizing teams and challenging individuals, allowing them to reach their full potential.
For the past 15 years, Cleo has impacted more than 500 entrepreneurs and influenced the accelerated growth of their companies. She has been awarded the rare distinction of Coach Emeritus by Scaling Up Coaches, as she trains up-and-coming coaches to apply their craft. She is also the expert trainer at the School of Entrepreneurship of Beauce - Quebec, the Expert-Partner of the Chief Executive Officers’ Group of Quebec, a sponsor of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and a mentor for the Canadian Entrepreneurship Foundation.
Above all, Cleo’s goal is to contribute to the creation of a vibrant entrepreneurial community within the French-speaking world. She is forever renewing her service offerings, participating in summits worldwide, translating books, and keeping up with the latest best practices to remain the leading-edge expert on Hypergrowth.

Professional Highlights
Trained as a Chemical Engineer and Microbiologist, Cleo spent 10 years at Wyeth Pharmaceutical (Now Pfizer), where she helped design and optimize business processes, using LEAN principles. She subsequently went on to launch her coaching practice and joined the Scaling Up Coaches community.
In addition to being a highly successful coach and sought-after speaker, Cleo is the founder of the French book publisher “Les Éditions Gazelles”. She is responsible for the translation of the best-seller Scaling-Up by Verne Harnish that sold more than ½ million copies and will shortly be publishing the French edition of Your Oxygen Mask First by Kevin Lawrence.
In 2017, she reached her first BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), a principal she teaches, when she invited the author and founder of Scaling Up, Verne Harnish, to the launch of the French translation of Scaling-Up. More than 750 people attended this unique event.
Personal Highlights
Besides enjoying a rich professional life, Cleo relishes being the mother of an athletic, Fortnite loving son and the wife of an entrepreneur who’s scaling up. She is actively involved in several organizations in the community where she engages as a mentor and supports many causes that are important to her, like Free the Children. It is for this organization that she went with her then 7-year-old boy to Ecuador where they participated in the building of a school for underprivileged children. Cleo is planning another family trip and her husband and son are looking forward to their next community-building adventure.
