With ~15 years of experience as the founder and CEO of Industrie& Co - a technology services and investment company dedicated to helping businesses transform, innovate, and grow - I bring firsthand knowledge from leading Industrie& Co, along with a wealth of experience from the diverse portfolio of startups and enterprises I have advised and supported over the years.

Having utilized the Scaling Up framework within my own organization, I possess a deep and practical understanding of its effectiveness.

This expertise, combined with my background in technology and innovation and my personal passion for neuroscience, positive psychology, and mental health, allows me to support founders and their teams comprehensively, addressing business and personal growth.

Professional Highlights
Founder and CEO, Industrie&Co: Grew the business from inception to over 45M AUD in revenue, with a team of over 200 people operating across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Provided services across digital innovation, agile delivery, software engineering, and cloud platform engineering. Industrie&Co was a strategic partner to numerous early-stage and corporate ventures in banking, payments, capital markets, insurance, health, and transport. The firm was sold to Accenture in 2021. Managing Director, Accenture: Led the Software Engineering practice in ANZ, managing a team of over 700 talented people, including the Industrie&Co team. Investor and Advisor: Active investor and advisor in early-stage ventures. Personal Highlights
Continual learning and new experiences is a key part of who I am and an important source of energy for me. I have a personal interest and passion for understanding all facets of mental health and performance through the fields of neuroscience, psychology, physiology, and philosophy. This passion brings a balance to my deep engineering and business background. Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated husband and father of four kids. I am an adventure seeker who loves to explore new places and ideas. I enjoy both the solitude and social opportunities of hiking, cycling, paddling, and playing just about any sport with my kids.
