Deb’s career began with HP, IBM, and 3Com, where she evaluated and led worldwide technology startups that scaled their businesses exponentially. Since then, she has partnered with leadership teams across diverse industries—including manufacturing, professional services, banking, and healthcare—helping them drive measurable results.

Deb also collaborates with Babson College’s Center for Entrepreneurship, where she has helped develop and facilitate accelerator programs that support students in launching their own ventures. This work keeps her at the forefront of current trends in business coaching, planning, and scaling.
