I am a fifth-generation entrepreneur who grew up in a family business and personally experienced the highs and lows of running a growing business, and challenges with people, cash and execution.

For over 20 years, I have been a trusted strategic partner to leaders of growing small and mid-sized organizations in the Western New York area and around the Great Lakes.

I have been told that I combine a talent for asking the right questions, distilling complex information into action plans, and focusing in on the right data and metrics. My clients appreciate my enthusiasm for their business and a bias for action, so they find clarity, focus and build the habits for disciplined implementation.

My clients span many industries and sizes, such as a $5mm 3rd-generation distributor, $50mm commercial developer, $100mm software company, to a $400mm health care company and $500mm global manufacturer.

For many years I was an adjunct faculty member of the University at Buffalo School of Management. I enjoy being a frequent contributor to the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and sponsor of the UB Panasci Entrepreneurship Competition.

I have created a proprietary set of tools and training - People Plan® Playbooks- that enhance the Scaling Up process with a system to build, coach, engage and reward a trusted accountable team of A-Players, and which develops your leads, supervisors and managers into the leaders you need for the future.

Personal Highlights
I am the proud parent of two wonderful school-aged children, and enjoy skiing, sailing, rowing, kayaking, inline and ice skating.
