Erik has a passion for identifying strengths, developing people and pushing them to find their best opportunities and explore growth strategies help them succeed. From work in logistics to leadership at a large non-profit his heart hasn't moved from the desire to see those around him thrive.

Erik has spent a significant amount of the time over the past 20 years engaged in personal development and team development, studying habits and patterns of leadership around the globe.

Erik expends a lot of energy to see that systems are in place in the organizations he's a part of that allow for flexibility, grace and ultimately, success. Leadership development is paramount as he works with industries and organizations that struggle to get the right people into the optimal positions as day to day operations stifle the need for order.

Erik currently works with clients across the United States particularly in the financial and human services industry.

Professional Highlights
Erik has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After starting a landscape and snow removal business from nothing, he built a multi state, 52 employee organization with revenue over 5 million dollars in just 7 years. He has developed leaders in the industry and assisted in several of his team members branching out to start their own businesses. Over the last 20 years he has started, bought, expanded and sold multiple businesses in several different industries.

Personal Highlights
Erik is married to his beautiful and gifted wife Sarah and has 2 amazing children. He enjoys spending time hunting and fishing as well as building things on their homestead. Erik has a passion for music and plays multiple instruments, using his gifts at church weekly as well as teaching students who have a desire to learn and grow. After his volleyball and soccer careers ended in college, he decided to continue to be involved in athletics and coaches his daughters volleyball team and his sons football team. Erik loves wood working and built the guitar he regularly plays.
