About
Humberto Cano is a Senior Certified Scaling Up Coach and Managing Partner of Quantum Growth Advisors (QGA).

He helps CEOs and leadership teams in Mexico, Latin America and the United States build their teams, define their strategy, execute it with discipline, while managing their cash.

Certified for over six years and 100% focused on Scaling Up, he brings more than 35 years of finance and top-management experience across multiple sectors and industries.

Before becoming a coach, Humberto served as CFO and was part of the leadership teams of three major business groups in Mexico, all with international or global operations. In that role he supported more than 25 CEOs, from mid-sized private companies to internationally listed public companies, and played a key role in both strategic planning and execution.

He has worked with CEOs of very different mindsets and leadership styles, at very different business moments, in companies that were financially sound and in companies that were distressed, in Mexico and in the U.S. His CFO background gives his coaching a particular strength: he connects strategy, people and execution to cash.

His purpose is to contribute to society’s well-being by helping CEOs and their teams reach their company’s goals while enjoying their professional and personal lives.
