Award-Winning Author, Speaker, Executive Coach
Since 1997, Jeff has worked with over 1,000 President’s and CEO’s as a strategic advisor, through one-on-one Executive Coaching, working with their management teams, in small groups (Forums) and/or working with them and their spouses in couple’s retreats. He is a master at INpowering individuals and teams to maximize their true potential through the gateway of authenticity. The common goal is to help all of these constituencies thrive!

Jeff is a Certified Coach with the ScalingUp Coaches Organization, which specializes in helping companies Scaleup their businesses.

He and his partner, Barry Kaplan, have co-authored a book which was released in January of this year, “The Power of Vulnerability. How to Create a Team of Leaders. by Shifting INward!”, which recently received the Best Business Book of the Year Award from Axiom Business Books. His keynote speaking leverages this content to inform leaders how to maximize the performance of their teams.

He brings to this work a lifetime of business management and consulting expertise, starting his career with one of the “Big 6” consulting firms, and then later, co-founding a highly successful systems consulting business. This business grew rapidly, recognized by Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing 500 Companies in ’92 & ’94. He later sold his business to a large, multinational, computer consulting company.

As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff has engaged in different opportunities. He formed a brand management company focused on creating unique brands for elite professional athletes from Latin America. He was also one of the creators of The Latin Quarter Restaurant at Universal Studios’ “City Walk” in Orlando, Florida. The Latin Quarter is an award winner that continues to earn Best Latin Restaurant and Best Latin Night Club honors annually.

Jeff continues to be an active member of YPO, serving as the past Chapter Chairman of the Florida Chapter. He is past Network Chair and current Forum Officer for the now YPO Miami-Ft. Lauderdale Gold Chapter and the Regional Forum Officer for the Southeast & Caribbean Region. He is also a member of the Business Powered by Forum Toolkit Taskforce, supporting this significant new initiative within YPO. He is also the Champion of the Cancer Focus Forum. He has enjoyed an amazing journey of 23 years with his Forum. Jeff is also a Certified Forum Facilitator and has been since ’97 – 22 years.
