About
Jeremy is both a practitioner as well as a coach of the Rockefeller Habits. Before coaching others, he successfully implemented Scaling Up as a member of the leadership team in his company, growing net profits 12X between 2015 – 2019, and increasing cash in bank more than 8X within the same period.

Understanding the difficulties of scaling a business and based on his experience implementing the process, Jeremy created a step-by-step system of implementing Scaling Up made easy for business leadership teams to systematically apply the methodology, build the habits and integrate People, Strategy, Execution and Cash into a flywheel driving profits and valuation. The system includes both in-person coaching and a comprehensive video curriculum to support your efforts to cascade Scaling Up throughout the company.

Between 2014 to 2023, he has worked with more than 50 companies in more than 20 industries across the Asia-Pacific region. The results so far are:

1. 4 companies (Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam) exceeding 10X growth within a 4–5-year period, with others achieving at least 2-3X growth.
2. 1 company (Philippines) crossing the USD 1 Billion revenue mark.
3. Clients receiving above average valuation offers, with one company (Australia) getting as high as a 20X offer.
4. 1 Client (Hong Kong) underwent a successful IPO in 2019. Another client (Nepal) is in the process of listing in 2023.

His clients engage him for an average period of 2-4 years. His longest current client has engaged him for 6 years as he continues to help them scale beyond the 10X mark and towards the US$500M target.

Besides business growth, Jeremy also helps his clients to set legacy goals that spur dynamic growth and long-term impact. Some of these goals include creating 1m jobs in 10 years, clothing 1m people in 10 years, and enabling 1m under-privileged children to attend university in 10 years.

His personal mission is to help 100 CEOs in 10 years to impact 100m people. He coaches and speaks at events in English and Mandarin throughout Asia, mainly through organizations like YPO, EO or YEN (Mandarin speaking business association).

Professional Highlights
Jeremy has a varied career ranging from an educator to an entrepreneur, often an intrapreneur launching new businesses within the group and now a Scaling Up coach and board advisor to fast growing companies.

He is also certified Family Office Advisor, leveraging on his experience working with wealthy business owners and business families, he advices them on how to integrate their family, wealth, business, and philanthropy goals.

He integrates digital transformation strategies into the Scaling Up/Rockefeller Habits framework to help clients transit their business models to scale in the 21st century leveraging on the benefits of digital transformation.


Personal Highlights
He is also a published author on career-ready skills for the 21st century. His first book is titled “Winning the Game of the 21st Century” and was published in November 2014. Jeremy's second book titled THRIVE: Finding your Unfair Advantage in an Unfair World was published in 2018. Another book on finding faith in the marketplace will be published by late 2023.

Jeremy is also an author of 6 historical fictions set in Asia, with a 7th currently being written. He is working with movie producers and script writers to turn some of his books into a potential movie production.

In 2014, Jeremy became a founding member of Transformational Business Networks Asia (TBNA). TBNA believes that enterprise is the best way to eradicate poverty, and he continues as a board member, guiding the strategy and expansion of chapters across Asia. TBNA works with funders and founders to build businesses with a model that uplift human dignity through job creation.
