Juletta provides leadership and business acceleration coaching to entrepreneurs around the globe investing time with clients in the Americas, Australasia and in Europe. She co-founded ALGrowth to build a global team to support her rapidly growing coaching business in Australia, Central America and the Caribbean, Europe, Puerto Rico, UK and the US. She and the ALGrowth team serve two core clients: for profit and non-profit with a portfolio of coaching services that includes 1-on-1 and group coaching from Board members to Middle Management, and stakeholders. Since 2019, she has coached in accelerator programs enabling nearly 1,000 companies to disrupt and drive local economies. Her coaching focus in these accelerators include entrepreneur mindset, regenerative leadership, scaling up, ESG and sustainability. Juletta's one big thing is enabling a powerful multiplier effect in mindset and business growth to achieve greater impact. She helps CEOs and leaders remove personal and professional barriers and to engage every individual in the business. Her optimum performance zone is in calmly turning a crisis into a step-by-step roadmap to keep moving forward. With more than 30 years ‘walking the talk’ running her own businesses and being employed in senior leadership roles, including COO of Dentons Muñoz Central American Legal Services; Hewlett-Packard (USA and Costa Rica) and HSBC (Hong Kong) as well as consultant to four governments: UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong, Juletta brings a depth of experience and empathetic style that gives her a head start in most business challenges.

Personal Highlights
Juletta is first and foremost an entrepreneur thanks to her farming parents. Growing up with three brothers and a sister, she received early lessons on the difference between hard and smart work. She also experienced firsthand the meaning and anguish of managing cash and cash flow as she watched her family business go bankrupt. She has no doubts that cash is King and cashflow is Queen. Juletta has lived in four continents and considers herself a global citizen who has plans to see much more of the world. She loves teaming up with knowledgeable professionals of all generations to support clients and to deepen her passion for research. She's blessed to have highly qualified family members and collaborators from all over the world in the ALGrowth team. Coaching is fun and fulfilling and enables Juletta to travel the world. The icing on the cake is working with exceptional and diverse clients and the ALGrowth team, keeping her on her toes and learning every minute. Her give back and give forward is coaching, from young leaders starting out in their careers to baby boomers exiting their businesses. She also enjoys volunteering and fundraising for great causes.
