About
Karol is a Scaling Up Business Coach and Certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach. His purpose is to make growth simple. He helps CEOs and their executive teams create a clear vision and a plan on how to achieve it. Working with companies from the technology sector, Karol usees Scaling Up methodology along other tools such as Net Promoter Score, OKRs framework, and Gallup Clifton Strengths to help leaders scale their business.

Karol is also a shareholder and a former member of the board in a mid-market tech company delivering cloud-based solutions for enterprise contact centers. Before that, for over 15 years, he worked as a creative strategist for brands such as Orange, P&G, ING, Castorama, Fiat, Samsung, Prudential, HBO, or EY, to name a few. His role was to help clients create a communication strategy for their products and services. Karol participated in the creation of advertising campaigns awarded several EFFIE and KTR statuettes. These projects were carried out for the leaders of diverse industries in B2B and B2C markets.

Karol is a growth enthusiast. He loves to acquire new, useful knowledge and help others use it. He’s an activator who provides the energy needed to turn an idea into action. His Clifton Strengths are Strategic, Activator, Learner, Responsibility, and Relator.

Professional Highlights
As a shareholder and a member of the board, Karol helped to take Cludo from the startup stage to the mid-market firm, doubled the company size, and grew its valuation from 7M to 30M. Karol co-created advertising campaigns awarded with 7 EFFIE statuettes and 6 KTR statuettes. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the University of Cambridge. Karol is certified as a Scaling Up Business Coach, Net Promoter Professional, CliftonStrength Coach, and project management Prince2 Foundation.

Personal Highlights
Karol is married and has two children and two cats. When the pandemic struck, he moved with his family to the Canary Islands, Lanzarote, from where he develops his skills to work remotely with his clients.
