Kevin is an experienced and accomplished CEO, founding, scaling and leading businesses through high growth over the last 25 years across multiple continents. He has real world experience of the challenges high growth businesses and their teams face, having experienced them first hand.

Kevin is passionate about coaching CEO’s and business leaders in high growth or turnaround businesses to deliver successful high performing teams and repeatable processes, and to provide industry beating profits.

He is on a mission to enable leaders to not only create great businesses with high growth sustained profits, but also to lead incredible lives; lives providing the freedom that business ownership or leadership always promises yet rarely delivers.

Kevin has a fundamental belief that the people of a business are the single biggest competitive advantage any business has over their competitors. He is relentless in his coaching to positively impact the individual talent within a business, and ensure the team are intrinsically motivated to drive the business forward.

Kevin’s and his team’s purpose is to inspire, and enable the ordinary person to dream and reach for the stars. To contribute and positively impact in excess of 1 billion people, through their work with Entrepreneurs, CEO’s and Leaders.

Most importantly though they are committed to having a lot of fun, and will enjoy the ride! Life is too short for anything else.

Professional Highlights
Kevin has experienced a huge amount in his 25 years of business, including the failure of a £20,000,000 business, and has made a ton of mistakes in his life and in his business life.

It is this knowledge and experience that Kevin has gained that makes him the exceptional coach that he is and gives him the ability to help business owners from all walks of life regardless of their business type and industry.

Kevin has helped many entrepreneurs scale and structure their businesses to provide their ideal life, focussing on the balance they and their team would like.

Throughout the pandemic Kevin, helped in excess of 1000 entrepreneurs on a “gifted basis” helping them see the light on those dark days they experienced, helping with their people, strategy, cash and execution, whilst guiding them through.

Kevin has won multiple awards for his coaching, in the UK and Globally, yet his proudest moment remains the “Community Award” from HSBC that he won, for the impact he made to the business community during the COVID pandemic.

Kevin is an international keynote speaker, focusing on the importance of and the relationship between truth and trust in business. It is his depth of understanding and thought leadership on this topic which enables him to effortlessly bring together teams and dysfunctional boards with a focus on intrinsically motivated high performing teams, executing at pace.

Kevin regularly, trains and speaks to coaches within the industry on sales execution and strategies, team performance and finance, as well as having case studies written on the record breaking growth he has achieved personally within his own business.

In addition to Scaling Up, Kevin holds certifications with 3 other organisations and reads on average 75 books a year, which brings a wide breadth and most importantly depth of knowledge enabling his clients to achieve their ultimate aims.

Personal Highlights
Kevin grew up in Zimbabwe with his parents and two siblings before moving to Saudi and then the UK. During his early teens his Dad became ill on a family holiday, he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and sadly passed away 12 months later, aged 50. It was an incredibly difficult time for his whole family and Kevin began to make decisions that would shape the rest of his life.

Realising how short life can be, he vowed to always look for the good in every situation, to find ways to learn and grow regardless of the circumstances. He made a commitment to himself to live life to the absolute full, to live in the moment, to maximise every opportunity and to enjoy every minute, yes prepare for retirement – but, lets have fun in the here and now!

When you meet Kevin, you will find he is a high-energy, positive person with an infectious way of making you feel like anything is possible.

He loves holidaying and travelling and enjoys spending quality time with his son, daughter (16 and 14) and his wonderful wife, Sam.

Kevin is at his happiest in the great outdoors, whether that is skiing, SCUBA diving, playing sport, watching sport or simply, relaxing taking in nature. Let’s just say – he doesn’t sit still for long!
