Kevin Riley is a Scaling Up Certified Coach and award-winning business leader, based in the UK. He works with growth-minded CEOs and leadership teams using the Scaling Up Framework to enable scaling faster with clarity, structure, and accountability with less friction.

With over 30 years of hands-on experience leading businesses across multiple continents, Kevin doesn’t coach from theory. He’s sat in the CEO seat, having previously built a £20 million company. After he lost it to internal fraud, a turning point that cemented his belief in systems, culture, and ruthless clarity.

Kevin then founded Coaching 360, a UK-based business coaching agency for scaling business owners and their companies, as well as offering free support for growing businesses with free tools and resources and in-person events.

Personal Highlights
Kevin’s personal journey shapes his coaching as much as his business experience.

He grew up in Zimbabwe, moved through Saudi Arabia, and settled in the UK, where he built, scaled, and eventually lost his first significant business. That experience, though painful, shaped his philosophy: business should give you more life, not take it away.

When you meet Kevin, you will find he is a high-energy, positive person with an infectious way of making you feel like anything is possible.

Kevin ensures that everything he does is aligned with his three core values of Truth, Ownership and most importantly, fun. Kevin didn't start any of his businesses to be stressed, unhappy or stuck, and he wants to have a positive impact on the lives of one billion people. Largely, by helping business owners find the fun in business again.

He lives in England with his wife Sam, grown-up children, and Murphy the dog.
