"Konstantin has the ability to see things in the room that no one sees and hear things that no one speaks out loudly. He has the ability to verbalise this and mirror it to us as a team. He presents us with an extremely large number of hidden diamonds, which results in an extremely large amount of growth for us and, above all, team trust."
Tim Beier, CEO| Bearpaw Products
“Before the first workshop with Konstantin, I thought, oh my God, another thing to think about - new techniques and tools again! And that's why I was sceptical at the beginning. But I have to say after two days I left with such a new energy. Konstantin managed to empathise with our situation, which was very special at that time. He asked exactly the right questions: Where do you actually want to go? What is your vision?”
Verena Schlüpmann, CEO | K5
“When I set a bold goal for me and my team with the support of Konstantin, it's like a compass for us.
Let's say the compass points north, then there are a hundred roads that lead there. This means that even if we take the wrong road, it doesn't matter because we know the direction we want to go.
And if we set ourselves very bold goals, we may realise that north is not in the next village, but perhaps in the next continent. If we continue to just walk, we may never arrive in the North. And that's the moment when it gets exciting, and you break out of your usual thinking. Then, for example, you get the idea that we need a plane to get to the north faster. So doing things in a completely different way, this is the superpower.”
