Personal Highlights
Pamela's business experience began at the tender age of 12, when she submitted an application and interviewed for a job at her grandmother's store, then traveled hundreds of miles by bus to southern Arizona where she spent her summers learning business practices and customer experience excellence at Mar-Kay's Dress Shop. Deeply inspired by her grandmother's remarkable courage and unwavering determination as an entrepreneurial business owner, Pamela chose to honor this legacy by naming her venture Markay Advisors, a constant reminder of the foundational values and enduring wisdom that shape her approach to business leadership and coaching today.
