About
I work with the leaders of emerging and mid-market companies who want to scale the business and enjoy the climb. My clients value the rapid results we achieve by working together and the ‘light bulb moments’ that arise from challenging the status quo.
I joined forces with Ashfords in 2022 after founding a boutique growth practice in 2017 with the vision to help more Aussie companies make a global impact.
I have advised founders and executives for nearly 20 years, working across startups, mid-market companies, publicly-listed companies and major public sector organizations in Australia and abroad. I’ve experienced the journey of being a leader in multiple high growth professional services firms.
Scaling Up resonates strongly with me for its clarity, completeness and above all, the incredible results I’ve seen achieved. This led me to become a Scaling Up Certified Coach in 2021.
Coming from an immersive advisory background, my practitioner approach brings objectivity, diverse experience and fresh perspective. I believe the best results come not simply from having walked in others’ shoes; but helping them get the most from their own.

Personal Highlights
• Married to Melissa for 15+ years with twin boys in primary school
• When I’m not spending time with family, I love to play sport (in between knee, ankle and shoulder reconstructions!) and I’m a keen follower of basketball, cricket, AFL and Formula 1
• I’ll take any opportunity to travel, having had stints living in small town Oklahoma as a high school exchange student and London on a working holiday after getting married
