With a diverse career spanning hospitality, corporate training, industrial repair, IT, management, and leadership, she has honed her skills across industries. As a District Trainer for Farmers Insurance, she provided guidance to over 52 agents. She then co-founded Strategic Business Coaching LLC alongside acquisition specialist Marshall Doyle, with a focus on coaching in acquisition and M&A. Transitioning into investing and fractional COO/CEO roles post COVID, she managed companies across various sectors using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). This included transforming a computer repair company into a thriving IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) and successfully selling a welder repair company at top value. She then rediscovered her passion for coaching, specializing in driving tangible business growth, optimizing team dynamics, and streamlining operational processes for measurable results.

Personal Highlights
Samantha lives in Eugene, Oregon with her husband and three children ages 3, 5 and 6.

She enjoys reading, traveling to new places and playing in the back yard with her kids.
