About
Since 1991, I’ve been an entrepreneur, entrepreneurial leader, founder of 3 businesses, executive in the SaaS industry, and fractional Chief Products Officer for several SaaS companies. My second start-up grew to a $34M company before it got sold. In the late 1990’s I turned around a stalled software company in Cambridge, Mass. For over two decades I worked at the intersection of Process and Product inside the high-tech industry. My clients relied on me for turning chaos into order and performance.
In 2013 I shifted the focus of my practice towards the intersection of Process and People. Since then, I’ve guided 70+ Leadership Teams of lower mid-market companies through their journey of optimizing how they operate the business and turning their teams into high-performance “dream teams.” For most of them, I was their EOS Implementer and then Pinnacle Guide, served as both Predictive Index and Kolbe consultant, and provided executive business coaching (certified by WBECS). Several of my clients completed very successful M&A transactions, with higher-than-expected valuations. Many experienced uncommon growth, less internal stress and friction, and greater satisfaction for both owners, leaders, and entire staff.
