Prior to founding Conseil SCM, Stéphanie has worked in a variety of manufacturing environments and spent most of her 20-year career at Bombardier. As a manager at this company, she practiced Scaling up Decisions on a daily basis. It was in her last term as CSeries Chief of Operations that she put the People and Execution Decisions into practice.

Personal Highlights
Stéphanie is mother of 3 wonderful children. She leads an active life where she combines her time between family activities and sport. Known by others to be an open and cheerful person, Stéphanie is always open to trying new adventures and is passionate about helping others.
