About
Tim Kitching is a growth and high performance specialist with extensive experience working with organizations in both the private and public sectors over more than 30 years. His first career was as a Narcotics Detective with the Australian Police before moving into Banking and Finance and eventually his own consulting business. He has an extensive volunteer and Pro-bono practice with many years of service with Australian Civil Defense Organizations and now Directorships with Not for Profit organizations. 

Tim believes passionately that PEOPLE are the key to successfully scaling an organization and as such needs to be one of the primary focus areas of executive teams. It is People that enable organization's to effectively focus on Strategy, Execution and Cash. He has a very clear view that high performance for both organizations and individuals can go hand in hand with psychologically safe work environments. Tim partners with experts in different facets of scaling and growing a business with his personal focus being People and Strategy.
