With this passion to unlock the secrets of company's success, Abdullah got his certification in Scaling Up methodology and mastering the Rockefeller Habits. In 1998 Abdullah Graduate from Kuwait University, and since then started his working career.

Abdullah AL Haddad Spent 23 years in the Investment Banking world focusing on Corporates, Accounting, Investments, Structured Finance, Fixed income, M&A Advisories, Real Estate, and Corporate Restructurings.

He has deep professional background in leadership and strategy development thanks to his banking career that enabled him to serve as a board member to several firms ranging from public listed commercial banks to private ones, and from Industrial, manufacturing, to Oil & Gas companies.

During his professional career, he was exposed to many companies and founders looking for an advice to Scale Up, IPO or an exit. He successfully closed transactions in the M&A arena worth hundreds of million of dollars in the GCC region.

During his banking experience he has raised billions of dollars in form of debt to Sovereigns, Financial institutions and Corporates both in the loan and capital market spaces. He also has a great experience in terms of running and managing family businesses helping them to scale to the next level by defining their strategy and finding their niche strength. Understanding exactly the challenges that they face especially if they are in the third generation and beyond.

Abdullah is an entrepreneur as well, he invested in many ventures and PEs worldwide. He can help CEOs and Executives through Leadership coaching, guiding them to sharpen their visions along with building a stronger teams that win.

Abdullah Lives in Kuwait, he is married with 3 kids. If not working, he likes to read, playing tennis, hiking and traveling.
