Alfonso is a passionate and successful coach with more than 20 years of experience leading companies. He displays all of his experience and passion in the coaching process for top executives based on the Scaling Up methodology.

He led and partnered a frozen food company called Mundo Marino from start-up phase to a national presence in the foodservice and retail sectors. He also led 25+ successful product launches in Chile and LATAM for companies such as Unilever and Beiersdorf.

As a Scaling Up certified coach, he has led companies and faced the challenge of growth with more than 40 clients in America for more than 6 years. Together with his team, his purpose is to scale people, teams, and organizations to their maximum potential.
