Anna Samios is an internationally recognized, award-winning Scaling Up Certified Coach to Australian mid-market companies.

Anna is the CEO of Performance 7, which is Australasia’s largest implementer of Scaling Up tools. In 2025 Performance 7 was awarded Australian Women’s Small Business Champion - Business Coaching Firm of the year 2025.

Anna is also the author of Amazon best seller Kickass Cashflow – How to build a cash-rich business in 30 days, which Verne Harnish, Andrew Banks and Peter Switzer endorsed.

She has advised over 400 Australian Companies including incubator start-ups, family-owned businesses, and publicly listed companies. An Adviser who has walked the entrepreneurial talk, she founded and ran her own company for 25 years, before exiting in 2018.
