Over the years Aquiles has been recognized for being a strong people leader and successfully coaching and influencing senior executives while leading and developing high performing teams. He is a Certified Trainer for Coaches.

Previously, Aquiles worked for senior regional and global roles for Royal Bank of Canada and American Express among others. Aquiles has a strong multicultural background, has lived in the US, Mexico, Japan and Europe and connections throughout the US and Latin America. He brings strong experience in Talent Development, Strategy, Financial Planning, and Execution Disciplines.

Aquiles holds a postgraduate degree in Japan-American Business from the University of Hawaii and a MBA-Master in Business Administration in International Business from the University of Texas. His bachelor’s degree is in Financial Management from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico.
