I am a Certified Scaling Up business coach, entrepreneur, and non-executive director who firmly believes that running a business is about achieving freedom, whether it be financial freedom, time-related freedom, freedom connected to personal values or freedom related to what is important to you.

As someone who has faced the challenges of leading a business and feeling stuck or lacking progress, I am familiar with the hurdles that business owners and their leadership teams must overcome. By effectively implementing the Scaling Up methodology, my team and I were able to overcome these obstacles and achieve the desired level of freedom while also reaching our objectives.

I have now founded Rolling Start, a company operating out of Perth, Western Australia. Our purpose is to build stronger businesses and promote shared prosperity through the implementation of the Scaling Up Performance Platform to support the development of both organizations and leaders.

My passions lie in leadership, people, and company culture and how they can be harnessed to drive success and performance.

I don't claim to have all the answers, what I do bring are the tools, ideas, and an outside perspective that is often missing when you are immersed in your organization. I also recognize that you have a deeper understanding of your business, market, and industry than I do.

My approach is to partner with you as you know your company, clients, and products best. I will be there to support you throughout the journey and bring my knowledge, tools and experience with Scaling Up.

Ultimately, the key is to find a coach who is the right fit for you, one you feel comfortable with and trust. The work we will do together will be challenging, and those elements must exist for a strong partnership and is essential to success.
