Carine Kassir brings extensive international expertise in management, specializing in the growth and restructuring of small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs). With over 15 years of experience in the Middle East, she has successfully delivered impactful projects across diverse industries, including Trade, Fashion, Design, Production, Agri-business, E-commerce, IT, and Telecom.

Carine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from McGill University in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD in France, where she focused on entrepreneurship.

Professional Highlights
Carine began her career in Information Technology, co-founding an IT consulting company after gaining valuable experience with Oracle in the UAE. In 2000, Carine completed her MBA at INSEAD. Shortly after, she secured funding for a venture in collaboration with the Virgin Media Group, assuming the role of Managing Director in France.

In 2003, Carine returned to Lebanon and launched her freelance consulting business, focusing on supporting SMEs across the Middle East and Gulf regions. Her expertise spans business strategy, financial planning, private placements, project management, international expansion, and turnaround and restructuring strategies. Currently, Carine is a certified Scaling Up coach, helping businesses unlock their potential and achieve sustainable growth.

Carine is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has lived and worked across the MENA region, Europe, and North America. This international exposure has given her a global perspective, a broad professional network, and adaptability to diverse cultural and business contexts.
