In my 20+ years of living, working, and coaching in this space, I've seen the impact entrepreneurs make in business, innovation, job creation, and community. I led and witnessed leading companies up the growth curve; therefore, I deeply understand what it means to lead and build alignment towards common goals. I've felt the highs of success and the lows of failure and balancing the in-between.

When running a company, you are "inside the jar," and it's often difficult to read the label on the inside. As a trusted Scaling Up Certified coach, I'm in the unique position of seeing opportunities and challenges from an outside perspective. Using my experience and a plethora of tools, I work with the CEO, Founders, and Presidents, to ask the right questions. I help leaders think about how they are; to align their teams toward an ambitious path to accelerated growth.

I'm keenly interested in helping companies with a grander vision than just growth for growth's sake. Our world is in dire need of leaders with a vision, especially visions that restore the environmental and social fabric we'll need to build a better world.
