Greg Pruett is a Kansas native, husband, and father of adult children. He brings more than two decades of experience leading in high-pressure, results-driven environments—and now applies that experience to helping Financial Advisors scale their businesses with clarity and precision.

Professional Highlights
Greg spent 24 years in law enforcement roles that demanded fast decision-making, strategic thinking, and consistent execution. As a Detective and member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, he became an expert in communication under pressure, navigating complex situations, and aligning people quickly around a clear plan—skills business owners rely on every day. Before his time in law enforcement, Greg served ten years as a senior pastor, developing a deep understanding of human motivation, communication dynamics, and the fundamentals of building trust. Combined, these experiences give him an uncommon ability to help advisors lead teams, coach staff, and communicate more effectively with clients. Greg’s formal training for coaching is through the Kansas Leadership Center which he completed in 2021.
