Ian Kinnery is a high-performance business coach and has been working with business leaders for the past fifteen years helping them to unlock high-performance business results, scale up their high-performance business and enjoy the fruits of a high-performance life. As the creator of Massive Results Ian helps leaders create great results with less stress by leveraging their natural talents.
Prior to becoming a coach Ian owned and managed several businesses in the Capital Goods, Retail and Engineering sectors which he scaled up significantly. He understands the challenges that come with growing a business and as a certified Gallup Strengthsfinder coach, a certified Emotional Intelligence coach, a five behaviours coach and a certified Scaling Up Rockefeller Habits coach he has developed an awesome armoury of tools, techniques and experience to provide value to an ever-widening portfolio of businesses, leaders and leadership teams.
Passionate about people and performance, an award-winning coach, international speaker and author Ian is at his best helping teams to get on the same page and to pull in the same direction, holding leaders and leadership teams to account for high-performance outputs and having a great time along the way.

Professional Highlights
As a business leader, I was managing director of Europes largest and fastest-growing Mercedes Benz car and commercial dealership before buying my own General Motors franchise which I built on new green-field site. I ran two of the biggest Ford franchises in the UK and won multiple chairman’s awards along the way.
As a professional business coach I set new records for growing the business and picked up awards as European Coach of the Year and European Rookie Coach of the Year as well as a dozen other regional and specialist awards. I have also completed certification in several disciplines including Gallup Strengthsfinder, Scaling Up Rockefeller Habits, Emotional Intelligence and the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team and I continue to develop my skills.

Personal Highlights
I have been very fortunate to be able to pursue most of my dreams. I have a partner and a stepdaughter who are very dear to me. Jayne is a nurse and Emily has recently graduated from Kings College London and is rapidly making a career in an international London-based advertising agency. We have a lovely home, a couple of dogs and a full life.
I have been involved in various local charities for many years and I am currently chair of Daisy Chain, a local autism charity and the fastest growing charity in this part of the country. I chaired the Institute of Directors locally and was part of the leadership board of the local LEP and I am currently serving as a school governor.
