After 20+ years of business ownership experience and selling his company to private equity, James Ashcroft transitioned his focus towards coaching leadership teams.

As a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide™, Certified Scaling Up™ Coach, and former Certified EOS Implementer™, James specializes in creating customized Business Operating Systems for his client companies. His approach emphasizes the power of adopting proven frameworks and providing personalized coaching to help clients build more sustainable and valuable businesses.

His passion for coaching stems from his own experiences of feeling stuck and the dramatic personal and professional turnaround he achieved by hiring coaches and embracing systematic approaches to achieve his goals.

James' tenure as the Entrepreneurs' Organization Austin President during 2022-2023 and his features in publications such as Success® magazine underscore his significant impact within the business community.

On a personal note, James is happily married to his college sweetheart, Erin, and together they are raising three teenagers in Austin. Other achievements include: completing an Ironman Triathlon, recently becoming a US citizen, and being the #1 (self-proclaimed) Miami Dolphins fan in Texas!
