As a Scaling Up coach, Keith’s mission is to empower leaders and their organizations to achieve clarity and confidence in their growth strategies, creating thriving businesses that transform the lives of employees and communities. He began this coaching business to help leaders reach their full potential, grow their businesses, and not allow the companies to run their lives. Many of these leaders have become firefighters, working on the business and not able to focus on what matters most. As Jim Rohn said, “Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” To help, he focuses on equipping leaders and their teams with the tools and frameworks needed to set the strategic direction to achieve sustainable growth, high performance and strengthen the team.

To reach this full potential, he leveraged his love of learning to find, research, and apply the best high-growth tools and frameworks available to help companies create a vision, develop measurable plans, and evaluate their progress so that they are ready for scalable and sustainable growth.

With over 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Keith brings a unique blend of strategy expertise, people management, and agile execution from his roles as a global Marketing Director and Managing Director at an advertising agency. Keith’s career spans diverse industries, including the automotive aftermarket, home building products, healthcare, and laboratory software.

Always looking to be a trusted advisor, his career began in political consulting with an emphasis on research and behaviors that led him to a career in the fields of marketing and advertising. Initially, his work revolved around brand marketing, managing iconic brands like Goodyear, Louisiana Pacific, Glidden and others. In these roles, he was deeply involved in advertising, promotions, and consumer research—connecting directly with people to understand what makes them tick.

This breadth of experience has enabled him to develop and implement innovative strategies that consistently drive measurable results.

Personal Highlights

When not asking questions, he loves to be outdoors with his Wife and Golden Retriever. He and his Wife enjoy golfing, hiking, camping and cooking together.
