Dr Keith Fairhurst MSc, MBA, PhD practices as a Consultant and a Professional Leadership and Executive development coach. He focuses on what is needed to Scale Up a business build High Performing Teams and what leads to innovation and creativity in business with a particular emphasis on dealing with complexity. Keith has founded three new businesses and has proudly managed and grown them to be recognised as leaders in their respective industries. He was a partner at a big 4 consultancy and grew the technology consulting service more than 10x. He has a PhD in business management and is actively engaged in University Education programmes at a Post Graduate level.
Personal Highlights
Personal highlights for Keith are seeing his two children Melanie and Jason grow up to be successful in their own fields. Both have achieved Masters Degrees in their fields Melanie in writing and editing and Jason as a renewable energy engineer. Keith has always been an active sports participant. He has completed 6 full Ironman Events and has run the Comrades Marathon (96km). He has always participated in watersports and today he can often be found sailing in Cape Town. He is naturally creative and plays the Saxophone.
