Welcome to my coaching profile! I am a gringa from California with 30+ years of diverse leadership experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, and global cultural settings. For the past 16 years, I have been living in Costa Rica, coaching CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and Founders, from around the globe, along with their teams, to scale their leadership and businesses and make a positive impact in the world.

I am passionate about guiding leadership teams to invest in their people and develop thriving teams. I believe in consciously and deliberately doing good business to enhance lives, communities, and the planet.

My expertise lies in the study of the mind to drive success, including Neuroscience, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Positive Intelligence, Conversational Intelligence, EQ, and more. With my high energy and breadth of experience, I relate to, inspire, and challenge leaders to craft their own version of success, joy, and fulfillment.
