Lisa’s background spans leadership development, executive coaching, sales, and business strategy across industries including banking, manufacturing, engineering, construction, healthcare, and professional services. She is a Regional Partner with Leadership Management International (LMI), a graduate of iPEC’s executive coaching program, and a TTI-certified consultant in DISC, Driving Forces, EQ, and TriMetrix HD.

She also teaches leadership at the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) in Boulder, Colorado, and partners with South Dakota Manufacturing & Technology Solutions (SD MTS) to help manufacturing leaders strengthen culture, communication, and execution. Beyond her consulting practice, Lisa owns and manages a real estate investment and development company, applying the same principles of vision, strategy, and disciplined execution to her own ventures.

Personal Highlights
Lisa lives in Iowa with her husband, Dar, and close to their two grown sons, who keep life fun and fast-paced. When she’s not coaching leaders or facilitating workshops, you’ll find her traveling the world, dabbling in the stock market, managing the family farm, or diving into her next big adventure—whether it’s hiking a volcano, ziplining through a rainforest, or cheering courtside at her sons’ games.
