A Coach Who's Walked the Journey:
Before becoming a coach, Manoj built and ran businesses across Asia and Europe for nearly 29 years in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and services. Like many founders, he experienced the weight of scaling — operational bottlenecks, leadership strain, and personal pressure.
In 2008, after attending a Robin Sharma event, he made a pivotal decision: he hired a coach. That decision transformed both his business and personal life. It sharpened his leadership, strengthened his marriage, and redefined his sense of purpose.
