Before becoming a coach, Manoj built and led businesses across Asia and Europe for nearly three decades in manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, logistics, and services. Like many founders, he experienced firsthand the pressure of scaling, operational bottlenecks, people challenges, leadership strain, and the weight of carrying too much personally.
That operating experience shapes his coaching today. He understands both the numbers and the human side of growth.
