A true entrepreneurial executive, I have 25+ years of hands-on expertise in founding, building and scaling multiple companies – from startups to publicly traded organizations. I am keenly aware of the commitment leaders need to have and the steps they need to take in order to create the core elements of business success: communication, vision, alignment and accountability. And I pride myself on being able to distill complex concepts into easily understandable ideas and facilitate a process that gets buy-in from all constituents in order to make those ideas a reality.

Professional Highlights
Prior to focusing on coaching, I co-created and got a patent on a web-based screen sharing application, ran multiple digital marketing agencies, as well as a computer hardware company and multiple SaaS web and mobile application companies. As a 20+ year member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), I've been involved at every level from my local chapter all the way up to being a Global Board of Directors member for 2 years; I'm also a Master Certified EO Strategy Summit Facilitator and have 10+ years’ experience facilitating the EO Accelerator Program, which helps early-stage entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
