Markus Brehler has been a successful scale up coach for years who accompanies hyperscalers like Purelei and Solar Energy Solutions.
He co-authored the deep dive in scale up PEOPLE Tools “Hyper Org for Hyper Growth”.
As an executive team coach he supports the implementation of Tom Peters’ mantra: “Great leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders”.
Before his career as a coach, he has built up several start-ups, most recently as CEO of Caterva GmbH in Pullach/Munich.
Caterva has developed an operating system for intelligent, networked energy storage. Previously, he built up EnOcean GmbH, a pioneer of energy harvesting wireless technology and synonymous with flexible, energy-efficient buildings.
After studying electrical engineering, he started his career in a DAX corporate.

Working as scale up coach, he combines two things he enjoys:
