You know how to make a positive difference in your business. You just need tools, guidance, and space to be able to think them through. That is my approach to coaching and consulting. In 2016, I founded Heightened Leaders, a business coaching and consulting firm dedicated to the overall health of business. I look at the business in FOUR areas: People/Culture, Vision and Strategy, Execution and Cash/Finance. You must be healthy in all those areas. Once you are, you can experience the true freedom you wanted when you started your business.

So why me? I understand where you are and where you want to be. If I don’t know, I’ll take the time to learn. Once I know, I’ll guide you along the journey. It is not my place to tell you to do anything. You know your craft better than I do. It is my place to introduce new ways of thinking to help you and your team elevate. As a Certified Scaling Up Coach, as well as various other systems and tools, that is just what I do. I introduce tools and concepts to help you think about your business, your team and your life differently. All in the effort to help you achieve your goals.

I’ve helped over fifty teams do just that. They’ve aligned their teams to a common goal, increased accountability and they have achieved their goals. Using my training from some of the greatest business tools out there, my teams have achieved an average of 24% year-over-year growth in topline. Profits have also increased for all my clients, and their reputation has as well.

Personal Highlights
A Texas resident for the past nine years with my wonderful husband, Chris, my son Zachery and my stepsons Chase and Tyler. I love my community, and all that ‘community’ means. I believe in “Go Giving” and I am an active participant of many charities and events. Any time I can, I am dedicating my time to those who serve, and those who can’t. My mentors who might not know they are Patrick Lencioni, Verne Harnish, Jim Collins, Jack Stack, Gary Keller… the list can go on!
