The goal was to grow and live into the CEO title and was achieved by focusing on what they do best, building out a team, implementing systems, and creating the freedom to focus on the big picture.

Outside of coaching and strategy, Merin leads a energetic life; mom to two active teenagers (and a dog). She enjoys staying fit as a dedicated Pilates enthusiast and loves to travel and spend time at the lake or on the golf course with her family.
