Navneet started his Entrepreneurial journey with a purpose to assist companies and utility contractors in delivering their full potential by providing access to performance-driven machinery solutions for their projects. His current ambition is to develop a machinery ecosystem that can efficiently execute any level of challenging project on ground.

Navneet formally founded and spearheaded the distribution of Vermeer Corporation USA's construction equipment product range in India. This product line primarily focuses on installing fiber optic cables, electric cables, sewer pipes, water pipes, and all types of underground utility installations without the need for surface excavation.

Since 1998, he has successfully launched and revolutionized the utility laying technology in India by introducing trenchless technology methods for underground utility installation. Navneet took the Vermeer brand name and its product line from zero to becoming the most trusted and number one brand in India through his leadership, vision, and focused teamwork.

He has been coaching entrepreneurs since January 2015 when the Entrepreneur's Organization selected him as the first EO Accelerator Coach from India. Navneet uses the Scaling Up methodology to train program participants from around the world, including the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the United States, and virtually all of Asia. He continues to do so passionately to this day.

Professional Highlights
Navneet was largely responsible for transforming the conventional methods of cutting and laying utilities to modern and mechanized forms of installations, which saved the infinite digging of roads and streets in India, which had already become the victim of the privatization of telephone in the new Millennium. Navneet started as a salesman for the technology and faced highly bureaucratic red tape in Indian work culture, but he slowly converted the mindset and acceptability of the methods to a point where digging is almost banned by almost all the civic bodies in the country. This has saved millions and millions of people from socio-economic troubles of growth and development across the nation.

Navneet used his distribution experience and reputation to found another infrastructure development company that specializes in complex projects for utility installation. This company was chosen for India's most prestigious private telecom project of "Jio Infocom" for laying utilities nationwide, both for product support and execution partner. Recently to support young and upcoming infrastructure companies, Navneet recently launched another entity to enhance the entrepreneurial energy of shining and growing Indian infrastructure contractors. Hornbille Machines provides a great platform for such aspiring companies to establish themselves quickly in the market and scale up.

Overall, Navneet's contributions have been critical in revolutionizing the installation of utilities in India, saving millions of people from the socio-economic troubles of growth and development across the nation. His experience and reputation have enabled him to launch successful companies in the infrastructure development space, which provide support for complex projects and offer aspiring contractors a platform to establish themselves and scale up.

Personal Highlights
Navneet is a strong advocate of continuous learning and growth through education. He has served as the Area Director for the Entrepreneur's Organisation South Asia Region and as the President of the Jaipur Chapter. Furthermore, Navneet has served on various international committees for EO that aim to foster the growth of entrepreneurs both in the region and globally. Navneet is a keen learner and a sports enthusiast, and he loves to use sports analogies in his coaching methods. This approach helps participants to understand the concepts with ease.

Navneet is also a global explorer with a big, hairy, audacious goal (BHAG) to visit at least 55 countries and all the continents on the planet. In addition, he has recently developed a passion for sustainability and green initiatives, and he supports the greater cause to save the planet.
