For 29 years, he scaled his family business Rubber King Tyre Pvt. Ltd., from a single-site operation into a multi-plant global export brand supplying every major tyre company — Michelin, Apollo, MRF, JK, CEAT, Goodyear, and more. From ISO certifications to ERP rollouts, greenfield projects to doubling product capacity, Niren never stayed at the surface. He went onto the shop floor, got into the weeds, and guided his team to solve problems from the inside out
Today, as Founder of Red Envelope Consultants LLP, he helps Indian business leaders do the same — move from firefighting to scaling, from founder-dependent chaos to structured, culture-driven growth. He brings a rare combination: a strategic Scaling Up framework + a practitioner’s obsession with systems, details, and execution.
Currently completing his journey as a Scaling Up Certified Coach under Verne Harnish, Niren is one of the few in India with deep manufacturing DNA and coaching pedigree — a bridge between where Indian promoter-led businesses are today, and where they need to be tomorrow.

• Led ERP (Microsoft Dynamics R3) implementation in just 9 months, transforming HR, IT, and new projects.
• Pioneered plant automation: SCADA systems, advanced machinery, efficiency scaling across units.
• Designed & enforced cross-departmental budgeting + cost control frameworks for sharper forecasting.

Niren’s always been a student of life. He learns best by doing — whether it’s building a team, scaling a factory, or navigating hairpin roads at 18,000 feet.
• Took up Golf post-Covid (humble brag- achieved every golfer’s dream- hole in one!)
• 15-day self-drive to Leh–Ladakh
• 16-day drive across Northeast India (India-China, India-Bangladesh borders)
• Planning a 14-day Bhutan expedition (Oct–Nov 2025)
Married to Aanal for 29 years. Their daughter, Priyanshi, is a US-educated finance + product pro, and Co-Founder at Red Envelope Consultants LLP.
