Growing businesses and the people within them as leaders is what drives Patrick Burke every day. He believes in transparent leadership as THE key to genuine team engagement and all success in business. Starting from the perspective that “people bring their whole self to work”, Patrick believes in humanizing business, and calling leaders to grow their emotional intelligence and become leader-coaches themselves.

Patrick has over 16 years of experience in finance, law, and entrepreneurship, and has experienced very diverse work environments during his business career. He earned three degrees from Vanderbilt University and spent time in top-tier Wall St. law firms and investment banks. Patrick then returned to Nashville and founded a restaurant group, washing dishes and bussing tables while leading his diverse team to a multi-location hospitality group with millions in annual revenues. He has raised millions in investor and bank capital and created multiple award-winning restaurant concepts using a team approach. Most importantly for coaching, Patrick has had the opportunity to recruit, train, LEAD and COACH hundreds of team members to greater personal development.

He discovered the Scaling Up process through Petra Coach as a client, creating purpose-driven businesses he still runs today that thrive with decentralized leadership. This frees his time up to pursue what he loves most – helping COACH others in their own journeys to realize the potential in their businesses and lives.
