Professional Highlights
I've worked in corporates including Rolls-Royce, Cosworth, Porsche and Audi. I have an MBA from Ashridge Business School and started life as a graduate engineer. I can see the world from both a consulting and coaching view. Since 2008 I have chosen to coach as my preferred method of changing people's lives.
Personal Highlights
I am a family man first. With my beautiful wife I have 2 teenage daughters. Outside of work I run, cycle and swim. My passion is running to raise money for charity. I ran my first London Marathon in 2008 and in 2019 I achieved a Guinness World Record for my marathon running. As a swimmer I love outdoor swimming in beautiful places at any time of the year! With my family I love to travel and, in recent years, have spent many summer weeks with friends in California or in France and winter weeks skiing in France.

"Phil is a gem. He has an incredible depth of business experience and insight, and draws on it to challenge us in our most deeply held assumptions. He asks us some very revealing open-ended questions, and then helps us to shape our insights as they emerge. Thanks to him we have a business plan that we can all be proud of, and which keeps us focused on a worthy end goal.
