Personal Highlights
What Value do I offer?
Business coaching and mentoring from someone that has worked in the trenches, drawing from my time leading and managing CPG businesses, my experience teaching Marketing and Sales at University of PR, providing career counseling to a significant number of young professionals, and my own exposure and involvement with the entrepreneurial ecosystem – this is what you get, a unique combination of a GENERAL MANAGER, a COACH, a TEACHER.

My main focus is helping medium and large businesses in trouble or in the process of pivoting and taking their revenue generating strategies to a whole new level while redesigning their organization design and succession planning/strategies. After over 12 years working with the entrepreneurial ecosystem (combined w/ over 25 years of professional experience), I've identified the most common challenges that need to be addressed for companies to start exporting their ideas, products and services globally and experiencing exponential growth.

My mission is to inspire change and growth in business owners via holistic strategies, guiding ideas and executional excellence.
