Rob recently served for 11 years as the President and General Manager of Maptek a tech company providing software, hardware and services to some of the world's largest companies. He was the VP of Sales for 3 years prior to that. Previous to Maptek, Rob worked as a Manager of National Accounts for a tech company in the energy industry as well as founding an organization and several other more entrepreneurial endeavors. Earlier in his career, he worked as a coach for young adults.

During his time with Maptek, the company landed its largest software and largest hardware clients ever, had 3 of their best 4 revenue years in the company's 45 year history, and won "Best Places to Work in Denver" twice (2023, 2024). As part of the fundamentals needed to achieve these milestones, Rob enjoys building teams and culture, building a clear strategy with broad buy-in, setting up business performance systems and driving towards profitability.
